1) When are power cable and breaker necessary?

The drier of our company uses a 1m power cable. If the distance from the dryer to the breaker is over 1m, the farm installing the dryer must prepare for a 4sq power cable as long as the exceeding distance. If the existing breaker is used by other machines, a separate breaker must be prepared as well.

2) How is power operated?

Power must be connected to a breaker, not a power socket. (Using a socket involves risk of fire.)

3) How can the dryer be unloaded from the truck in the case of delivery service?

If you have received our dryer by delivery service and are trying to unload it, put a corrugated box at the tip of the truck and slant the dryer sideway at an angle of 45°.

4) What is the installation environment?

- Since the installation place is closely related to efficiency of the dryer, choose a place where there is no humidity on the floor and in the surroundings. Install in a well-ventilated building or structure. (Avoid humid places like vinyl house.)

- Also avoid places with flammable substances. Install in a place that is easy to manage (A/S).

- If installing on an earth floor, fix the dryer onto base blocks and connect the dryer to a ground wire. Install a ground rod to prevent electric shock.

5) Do we need to install farming (industrial) electricity in advance?

- Our dryer is intended for farming (industrial use), so it requires farming (industrial) electricity to be installed in advance. (Using domestic electricity will result in extremely high electric charges.)

6) Precautions when connecting the moisture outlet to a duct

- When connecting the moisture outlet to a duct to remove moisture, the duct needs to be linear or have a gentle curve to let moisture pass smoothly. (L-shaped duct has a problem in moisture removal and can show reduced drying efficiency.)
